Recently, a delegation of independent directors from Highly Group, including Ms. Wang Yu, Mr. Ma Jun, and Mr. Ding Guoliang, along with Ms. Luo Min, Vice President and Board Secretary of Highly Group, visited Highly Marelli's Southeast Asia manufacturing base for an on-site inspection. They were accompanied by Mr. Gu Xin, Head of Manufacturing Division, and the regional management team.

    In recent years, external directors, particularly independent directors, have been concerned with the company’s internationalization strategy and overseas business development. As a result, Highly Group organized the delegation to visit Highly Marelli’s plants in Malaysia and Thailand to gain an in-depth understanding of the companies’ operational status. After receiving briefings on Highly Marelli’s overseas strategic layout, Southeast Asia industry planning, plant operations, market expansion, technological innovation, and employee management, the directors offered constructive suggestions on how to strengthen the synergies of Highly Marelli’s international strategy and its Southeast Asia presence.

    The directors expressed their recognition of the operational improvements and enhanced collaborative management capabilities achieved by collective efforts of all HM employees. They suggested further integration with local supply chains to accelerate response times, reduce costs, and enhance market competitiveness. Additionally, the directors discussed optimizing the global business layout, improving supply chain efficiency, and enhancing strategic, resource, and cultural integration.

    During the visit, the directors engaged in in-depth discussions with the plant management teams on how to better address global market challenges and opportunities. They expressed gratitude to the teams of both plants and encouraged them to continue striving for greater contributions to the company’s long-term development. This visit provided the board members of Highly Group with a deeper understanding of the group’s overseas business progress and offered valuable insights and recommendations for the company’s future strategic direction.
