During the discussions, the research team highlighted that since its establishment, Highly Marelli, as an international company, has continuously learned and gained experience in overseas expansion. Given the evolving global landscape and the needs of the North American market, the Highly Marelli North America team should focus on enhancing collaborative advantages and improving regional competitiveness. Special attention should be given to optimizing commercial development in the United States and Mexico.
In overseas operations, companies face challenges related to cultural differences. Management teams must consider regional cultural characteristics while aligning with company needs to enhance employees' sense of belonging, cohesion, and motivation. This approach strengthens relationships among shareholders, the organization, and employees, fostering a more harmonious and productive work environment.
It is hoped that the Highly Marelli North America R&D Center can further provide customers with better and more advanced green and environmentally friendly products, achieving high-quality development through technological innovation.
