1.Motor Process Engineer
Job Description:
- Responsible for the preliminary planning and introduction of new products and equipment for motor-related products.
- Responsible for the design and research of process procedures for motor-related products.
- Responsible for cost reduction and efficiency improvement activities for motor-related products.
- Guide factories in technical renovations and rationalization improvement activities.
- Assist factory Production Engineers (PE) in resolving technical issues (including equipment and processes).
- Support factories in defect analysis and improvement.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Must:
- Proficient in the manufacturing process of motor-related products.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process technology for motor-related products.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Work Location: Wuxi
Preferred:
- Fluent in English/Japanese for workplace communication.
2.Heat Exchange Process Manager
Job Introduction:
Lead a team to develop and achieve mass production of process routes for automotive heat exchange products (e.g., EVAP, Heater Core, Chiller, Water Condenser, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead the team to establish standardized production lines for heat exchange products, primarily supporting heat exchange operations in China while also providing global support.
- Familiar with parallel flow EVAP, HEC, Chiller, Water Condenser, Inner Condenser, and other related products.
- New product launches, including but not limited to: achieving business planning goals, factory design and planning, and specification and introduction of production line equipment.
- Productivity improvement activities for existing heat exchange products.
- PE system construction and talent development.
- Assist the procurement department in cost reduction for components.
- Coordination of cross-departmental matters.
Requirements: (Education Background/Language/Experience/Skills)
- Proficient in Japanese for communication with Japanese teams (N1~2 or equivalent level).
- English proficiency is a plus (CET-4 or equivalent level).
3.SAP MM Consultant
Overview:
- As an internal SAP MM module consultant at GHQ IT: Participate in the system operation and maintenance of SAP in the China region.
- Support global key regions in Fit&Gap analysis, blueprint design confirmation, development, testing, and go-live implementation for SAP promotion projects.
- Responsible for the global business template of SAP and post-go-live system operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business departments to clarify business requirements and organize system solutions within and outside SAP.
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation or operation and maintenance experience.
- Experience in 3 or more full-cycle SAP implementation or promotion projects, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM module, and capable of independently handling implementation and operation as an internal SAP consultant.
- Ability to independently organize SAP user training, user testing, and go-live preparation.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams, business partners, users, and suppliers.
- Proactive in handling tasks assigned by leadership, creating plans, coordinating internal and external resources, and driving implementation.
Preferred:
- Strong communication skills, able to quickly understand and clarify business requirements, and collaborate or lead the implementation of system solutions or drive solution design.
- Clear thinking, willing to learn and innovate, and able to accept short-term domestic or international travel or flexible working hours across time zones.
- Experience in the automotive parts or related industries is a plus.
- Experience with ERP peripheral systems and integrations, such as WMS, Supply EDI, etc., is preferred.
- Experience in team management or project management is a plus.
