HMTH Practices Corporate Social Responsibility, Focusing on Early Childhood Development

On December 25, 2025, HMTH, a subsidiary of Highly Marelli, organized a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event with the theme of “Early Childhood Development.” Representatives from the company's Occupational Safety Committee visited the Kindergarten Childcare Center in the Ban Kao District to show care for 150 children and 8 teachers, including several children of the company’s employees.
The success of this event marks HMTH's firm commitment to advancing standardized and impactful CSR initiatives and highlights the company’s genuine efforts in building strong, supportive relationships with the local community while deepening its presence in Thailand.
Planting Seeds of Safety and Sustainability in Early Childhood
This event was carefully planned around the “Social” and “Environmental” pillars of Highly Marelli’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy. Using interactive and enjoyable activities, the event aimed to impart fundamental concepts of safety, health, and environmental protection to preschool children.
The core objectives of the event included: enhancing daily safety awareness, advocating for safe play practices, introducing the concept of waste sorting, cultivating an awareness of resource recycling, and fostering creativity and teamwork skills.
Immersive Interactive Learning Experience
The event featured three major themed interactive zones:
- Safety Creative Physical Zone：A balloon relay race that combined physical exercise and teamwork, guiding children to learn how to move safely and prevent injuries while enjoying the fun of cooperation.
- Focus and Creativity Workshop：Through animal-themed jigsaw puzzles and recycled material coaster painting, children developed cognitive skills and artistic creativity. HMTH donated 200 sets of puzzles and 50 sets of coaster craft kits to the kindergarten to support ongoing teaching activities.
3. Environmental Education Game Zone：An interactive waste-sorting challenge that taught children how to visually distinguish between regular trash and recyclable materials, helping them develop environmentally friendly habits applicable at both school and home.
Through the successful execution of this CSR event, HMTH demonstrated Highly Marelli’s commitment to promoting sustainable community development. HMTH reaffirms its dedication to continuously engaging with local communities, integrating occupational safety and environmental practices, and creating long-term shared value for the social and environmental well-being of the region.
