Evaporator
Function: To cool and dehumidify the air in the cabin by expantioned low temperature refrigerant from expantion valve. Feature: Space-saving unit with No. 1 cooling performance in its class.
Heater Core
Function: To warm the air in the cabin by high temperature coolant heated by the engine. Feature: Simultaneous No.1 in thermal efficiency and quietness.
Blower Motor
Function: Generate air flow by rotating the blower FAN. Feature: Power saving by PWM drive, Low noise by sine wave drive, Small size and light weight by magnetic circuit optimization.
Actuator
Function: Operate each HVAC door (temperature control door, fresh/recirc air switching door, air outlet switching door, etc). Feature: Possible to controll many actuatots just only 3 harness by LIN communication system. Contributes to system weight reduction.
PTC Heater
Function: Warm up the air by transducing electricity energy to heat. It supports heater performance just after starting vehicle. Feature: Realize uniform temperature distribution by placing heating elements optimally.
